Product Overview

This long sleeve tee is built around a 125GSM waffle grid fabric that does two things: it creates a subtle texture that elevates the garment beyond a basic tee, and it improves airflow so you stay cooler during movement. The 100% polyester woven roving construction pulls moisture away from the skin and provides a smooth canvas for full-edge sublimation – your graphics are dyed into the fibers, not printed on top.

The fit is regular with set-in sleeves and a classic crew neck. A binding on the back neck adds durability where it counts. It works for team uniforms, event merchandise, training layers, or everyday wear. You can order one piece to test, a small batch for a squad, or hundreds for a full event. Available in unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL, plus a separate women’s fit from W3XS to W3XL.

Customization Options

• Full Sublimation Print: Your design is applied edge-to-edge with ink dyed directly into the polyester fabric. It will not peel, crack, or fade.

• Design Support: Our team can work from a finished logo, a rough sketch, or just a color idea. Unlimited revisions are included until the proof looks right.

• Size Range: Unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL. Women’s sizing from W3XS to W3XL. A surcharge of $1.60 per piece applies to 3XL and 4XL sizes.

• Additional Garment Options: D-back styling, chest pocket, V-neck, and raglan sleeve can be added for an extra fee. These can be mixed and matched.

• Name & Number Personalization: Add individual names and numbers. $0.30 per piece surcharge.

• Sample Order: A single pre-production sample can be made (3–5 days after design approval) for $40.00/pcs.

Artwork & Design Guidelines

For the best print result, here is what helps:

• Preferred files: vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

• If text is included, please convert fonts to outlines or send the font files along.

• Not sure about your file? Send what you have. Our design team will review it and let you know if adjustments are needed.

• A digital mockup of your tee will be provided for approval before production begins. Nothing goes to print without your confirmation.

• Screen colors can look different on fabric. If exact color matching is critical, ask about a fabric sample or a single sample piece beforehand.
