Product Overview

This long sleeve tee uses a 150GSM pinhole mesh body with thousands of tiny ventilation openings that keep air moving as you heat up. The fabric is 100% polyester and built for moisture management — sweat moves outward and evaporates quickly. Athletes, coaches, and event organizers pick it for hot conditions, layered training looks, or anything where staying dry and cool matters.

The full-edge sublimation process dyes your design directly into the fibers. That means the whole garment becomes the canvas: edge-to-edge, no heavy print feel, and colors that stay put through repeated wear and washing. The fit is regular with set-in sleeves, a classic crew neck, and a bound back neck for extra durability. Sizing covers unisex kids and adult builds up to 4XL, plus an independent women’s size curve from W3XS to W3XL.

Customization Options

• Full Sublimation Print: Ink is dyed directly into the pinhole mesh fabric, covering edge-to-edge. The print will not crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

• Design Support: Send a finished logo, a rough concept, or just a color direction. Our design team assists with unlimited revisions until the proof looks right.

• Size Range: Unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL and women's sizing from W3XS to W3XL. A surcharge of $2.00 per piece applies to sizes 3XL and 4XL.

• Additional Garment Options: D-back styling, chest pocket, V-neck, and raglan sleeve available at the fees listed in the Attachment / Upgrade Options section.

• Name & Number Personalization: Individual names and numbers added for identification. $0.30 per piece surcharge.

• Sample Order: A physical sample piece can be produced in 3–5 days after artwork approval for $40.00/pcs.

Artwork & Design Guidelines

For the cleanest result on pinhole mesh, here is what we recommend:

• Preferred file types: vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster images (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

• Please convert any text to outlines or include the font files.

• If your file doesn't meet these specs, send what you have. Our design team will review it and advise.

• A digital mockup of your tee will be shared for your approval before production begins. No printing starts without your go-ahead.

• Screen colors can appear slightly different on the pinhole mesh texture. For precise color matching, ask about a physical fabric swatch or a sample piece.
